By downloading, installing, or using the Amalite mobile application ("App") or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zainab Enterprises (operated by Syed Eliyaz Ahmed), a business based in Chennai, India ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Amalite is a freemium SaaS application designed to help freelancers — primarily those working on platforms such as Upwork — write AI-generated proposals, analyse job listings, assess risk, and manage their freelance workflow more effectively.
The Service is offered in two tiers:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
The Service is intended for individual freelancers and sole traders. Use of the Service on behalf of a company or organisation requires prior written consent from us.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or abusively.
Amalite Pro is offered as a monthly recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.
Subscription fees are displayed clearly within the App at the time of purchase and are subject to change with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Pro tier after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any subscription fees already charged, including partial months, unused periods, or accidental purchases, except as required by applicable law.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we will review the matter in good faith.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from within the App or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Amalite uses third-party AI models to generate proposals, analysis, and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:
All content, design, software, trademarks, and materials that make up the Service — excluding user-submitted inputs — are owned by or licensed to Zainab Enterprises and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as job descriptions you paste in). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zainab Enterprises, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 500, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
